They came, and they were trapped.
No escape.
Finding beauty in the land that they now live on.
Once you go, you can never go back.
But that little blood was my blood, leaving her to gaze off into the brimming heart of the land.
Photos were taken at the concentration/death camps at Auschwitz & Birkenau in Poland.

I've been reading a book about Auschwitz and its unreal to see it in photos. The stories told by survivors of the torture and starvation are so awful they sound like they are made up. One guy got so hungry he ate his shoe. But do you know whats really sad? I was reading it in the car and when we stopped to go to the toilet, written on the wall was "Jews are inbreds".
