(5) Jorge Deustue...

It was great to meet the man behind the work at this exhibition, a big inspiration to eager young photographers such as myself, the portraits of the wealthy with their guns was quite eye opening. Through the portraits there are so many different emotions, a big one that came to mind when first viewing them was being scared. They feared the guns themselves and Jorge did a great job of bringing it out with the way he set up the shoots. I wish we could have spent hours with him so that we could better understand his work; it is obvious why he is such a major force in Peruvian photography.
